provide UK Property management services for freeholders, flats
self-management companies and groups.
Our standard facilities include:
- Collection of ground rents and service charges
- Use of a Client Bank account
- Preparing service charge budgets and financial
forecasts
- Organising building insurance, including valuations and
claims handling
- Site visits
- Liaison with residents on all matters
- Facilitation and attendance of annual/six monthly meetings
- Preparation of year end accounts and returns
- Regular meetings or reports to Freeholders
Addition
facilities include:
- Arrangement of all Flat Management functions and
negotiation of associated contracts
- Supervision of building works
- Supervision of contracts covering gardening, cleaning and
day to day management
- Dealing with assignments and notices
- Company Secretarial services
