As always, shareholders of the company will receive priority when making reservations. When the market in the US recovers, the increase in price should produce a substantial profit for future purchases
The current target area should be Florida, near Orlando. This will provide easy access for the main Disney Complex close by.
Properties have dropped between 30-50% in price, and there are now signs that the US property market is about to bottom out. We intend to take advantage of this by purchasing a suitable property in the next six months
