We believe that the USA now offers outstanding opportunities for property purchase. This area has seen a substantial drop in property prices over the last six months and in our view is now undervalued. Buying a property in the USA will provide holiday letting income. As always, shareholders of the company will receive priority when making reservations. When the market in the US recovers, the increase in price should produce a substantial profit for future purchases
The current target area should be Florida, near Orlando. This will provide easy access for the main Disney Complex close by.
Properties have dropped between 30-50% in price, and there are now signs that the US property market is about to bottom out. We intend to take advantage of this by purchasing a suitable property
United Kingdom:
We would like to purchasing a property in Devon. A number of our existing shareholders would like to utilise the UK as a holiday destination. For this reason we have agreed that should we find a suitable property we would add it to our portfolio
